Out-of-Network Coverage
If we’re not in-network with your insurance, you may still be eligible for reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments incur a fee.
